Health

Business Bike

Thanks to RAFI's cooperation with Businessbike, you can configure a high-quality bike at favorable conditions and lease it via the final invoice. You can use this bike privately without restriction. You can choose the bike of your dreams, from e-bikes to racing bikes, and freely select the make and model.

Corporate fitness with Wellpass

The EGYM Wellpass is a membership with which we offer you a comprehensive fitness and wellness package. You take out a membership and the second part of the monthly membership fee is paid by RAFI for you. You can choose from premium fitness or yoga studios, swimming and leisure pools, climbing and bouldering gyms to online Zumba, meditation or nutrition coaching.

Company sports groups

Our company sports groups offer a variety of sports for those interested and for different fitness levels. Since 1974, our employees have been exercising here after work and also organizing events to increase the fun of exercise and cohesion in the groups.

Company doctor & company medical service

Our company doctor is always available to protect your health. There are different examination offers every year.

Company pension plan

Retirement provision through working hours. At RAFI, part of the time worked by employees (1.25 hours per week for full-time employees) is converted into a company pension scheme.

Retirement provision through savings from gross salary.  You can convert part of your gross salary into an additional pension.

 

Fall lectures

Once a year, the health management team gives a presentation on various health topics. Here, employees are provided with free information on prevention topics of general interest. After the presentations, there is often also the opportunity to take advantage of corresponding individual prevention offers.

Workplace analysis

Workplace analyses are carried out to ensure the health of our employees. Office and production workstations are analyzed for their ergonomic design, equipped and adapted accordingly and employees are trained and motivated to work in a healthy way.

Sabbatical

A sabbatical is a temporary break that employees can take to recharge their batteries. The duration of the sabbatical can be determined individually and is usually between 2 months and 1 year - depending on the agreement.

  • In cooperation with Ravensburger Spieleland, we offer our employees' children free vacation care during the Easter, Whitsun, summer and fall vacations.
  • RAFI employees are supported with a childcare allowance for the daycare center or kindergarten.

Collective remuneration

As a member of IG Metall, we adhere to the collective bargaining regulations of the metal and electrical industry. All RAFI employees are paid according to the collective wage agreement, regardless of their field of activity. The collective agreements provide clear guidelines on pay, working hours and other aspects of employment law.

Travel allowance

If you use public transport to travel between home and work, RAFI will reimburse 65% of the travel costs. Trainees and students are reimbursed the full amount, i.e. 100%.

Assumption of costs for events

Every year, various events are organized to foster and strengthen team spirit. RAFI covers the costs of these events. Examples: Summer party or after-work get-together, team events, Christmas party

Sponsoring

Involvement in associations and social institutions is an important contribution to our society. That's why we support associations or social institutions in which you are active as a RAFI employee with sponsorship.

Hardware must be replaced regularly. You can purchase these devices from RAFI at a reasonable price and use them privately.
