New distribution agreement with Demsay Elektronik
RAFI continues to accelerate the internationalization of its components business. To this end, we concluded a new distribution agreement with Demsay Elektronik at the electronica fair held in Munich in November.
The sales company, which was founded in Istanbul in 2014, has established itself on the Turkish market as a respected distributor of products including semiconductors, plug terminals, electromechanical components, wires and cables, PCBs and displays, with a portfolio that currently comprises around 30 manufacturer lines. With 150 employees and sales offices in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara and Bursa, Demsay Elektronik currently serves around 2,000 accounts and achieves annual sales volume equivalent to approximately USD 40 million.
“The cooperation agreement is a classic win-win for both sides. Our product range of switches, pushbuttons, signal lamps, tactile switches and IO-Link products means that we complement Demsay’s sales range in an optimal manner. On this basis, we can work together to reliably meet the Turkish market’s demand for RAFI components,” says RAFI Regional Sales Manager Jasmin Kurbegovic.
