In 2023, RAFI will once again forgo Christmas gifts for its customers and instead donate to charity. This year, RAFI has launched a new initiative to specifically highlight the volunteer work of its employees.
Under the motto “RAFI Heroes – Volunteering in the Spotlight”, all employees were invited to present their volunteer work and their personal motivations. Five particularly impressive commitments were selected from this wide range of inspiring projects. The representatives of these initiatives presented their voluntary work in person to the RAFI management team. The projects are diverse and of great benefit to society. That is why RAFI has decided to support all five commitments with a total of €15,500. The representatives of the voluntary activities were visibly pleased to receive the financial support.
Marius Längin received the award for the “Zeltlager Rot” (Red Tent Camp), Bernd Schweisser represents the organization “Leuchtende Augen e.V.” (Shining Eyes), Markus Striegel represents the “Jugendfeuerwehr Baindt” (Baindt Youth Fire Brigade), Ulrike Bairle is a representative of the “Katzentatzen Bad Saulgau e.V.” (Bad Saulgau Cat Paws Association) and Christine Windbühler is a representative of the Wolfgang Ravensburg residential group, part of the St. Elisabeth Foundation. Lothar Seybold, CEO of the RAFI Group, emphasizes: “We are happy to support our employees in their passion projects.”
The lucky winners: Bernd Schweisser, Ulrike Bairle, Christine Windbühler, Markus Striegel, Marius Längin
