The RAFI Academy is an organizational unit that facilitates national and international cooperation in the areas of
in the spirit of ONE RAFI - a common corporate culture of the RAFI Group.
The RAFI Academy enables us to jointly develop and implement concepts, strategies and goals in line with our shared corporate culture.
This enables us to tailor training and further education measures specifically to the needs of RAFI Group employees.
The aim of the RAFI Academy is to promote the transfer of know-how between the locations and to build up overarching expertise.
This requires all locations to be informed about existing instruments and structures. In this way, we learn from each other and support and network with each other.
All RAFI Group locations are part of the RAFI Academy.
Jana Brielmayer is the central point of contact for all employees and for those responsible for the individual Academy members. She coordinates cross-locatio cooperation and develops the RAFI Academy strategically and operationally.
